Parent's Undertaking for Admission Registration

 

I hereby solemnly declare that I have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions mentioned in Islamiya English School's Circular No. 081/2025 dated February 17, 2025, regarding the registration process for admission of my ward(s). I fully agree to all the provisions outlined in the circular and acknowledge that I am responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information submitted.

I also understand that registration does not guarantee admission and that I must comply with all relevant procedures as outlined by the school.
